Process

  • Client decides they want a replacement car
  • Bankruptcy attorney refers them to BK Debt Relief

PROCEDURES

  • BK Debt Relief provides client with car payment and loan amount for court approval
  • Attorney sends the estimate to the Chapter 13 trustee for pre-approval
  • Attorney files a motion for approval with the Court to incur the new debt
  • Once the judge signs an order for approval, the debtor purchases the vehicle through BK Debt Relief
